Esat Headquarters - Grand Canal Quay

This office development was completed in June 2000 for the client, Mr. Denis O' Brien.
De Blacham & Meagher were the Architects and MacArdle McSweeney designed the Services. The development is situated on the former "Cat & Dogs" home with a pedestrian bridge at third floor level linking the adjacent building. The building is fully air conditioned by means of a rooftop chiller and ceiling mounted fan coil units. Pierse Contracting were the main contractors on the project.

Burlington Road Office Development

This seven storey development was completed in March 2002 for Hardwicke properties by G & T Crampton and was designed by B. O' Halloran & Associates, The Services engineers on the project were Arups.
The building is highly serviced including 4 pipe fan coil system and perimeter radiators. It also has a walkway between the outer and inner glazing panels, which acts a Thermal flue, aiding heating in the Winter and cooling in the Summer.

Hatch Street , Adelaide Road Office Development

This project comprised 2 seven-storey office blocks totalling over 13000 Sq meters and was built by G & T Crampton for Hardwicke properties. The buildings were completed in December 1999 and the services included full air conditioning by means of ceiling mounted fan coil units as well as panel radiators incorporated into the wall structure to maximise floor area. Arups designed the services and the architects on the contract were Burke Kennedy Doyle.

Silicon & Software Systems, Phase 1 & 2

Both office developments are located adjacent to one another in Leopardstown Business Park. Silicon 1 was completed in early 1997 by P.J.Walls.
Due to the growth in the software industry the client commissioned the 2nd phase and in June 2001 the client moved into the new development which among other facilities includes a crèche. The 2nd phase was also completed by P.J Walls and the same Architects , messrs F.K.L. were also involved. MacArdle McSweeney were the services engineers on both developments

Headquarters for P.J.Walls Ltd

This development located at city junction Business Park was completed in September 2000 for P.J. Walls Ltd and is the head office for both their civil and construction operations. Declan Kelly and Associates were the architects and the Services were designed by Arups.
