This facility processes all of Bewleys Coffee, Tea and confectionery and operates 24 hours a day. The project was completed in August 1999 and the project duration was 7 months. The Design team was Duffy Mitchell architects and McCarrick Woods were the Service engineers.

This Warehouse and Office development was completed in May 2001 for United drug and is their headquarters in the Republic of Ireland. Henry J. Lyons were the Architects and the main contractors on the project were J. Sisk & Son.
